Next, we trek to Ghorepani from Ulleri, passing Banthati and Nangethati. We will have lunch at Nangethati before a steep one-hour climb to Ghorepani. Ghorepani is a big colorful Poon Magar village and a popular tourist area in the Annapurna region. We stay for 2 days at Ghorepani before heading to Poon Hill for sunrise. From Poon Hill, we can witness a stunning sunrise over the Dhaulagiri and Annapurna mountain ranges.

After breakfast at Ghorepani, we trek to Tadapani, passing through the forest and climbing Gurung Hill before reaching the ridge of Massif Hill. We will then descend shortly to Deurali, where there are two tea houses and a nice spot to stop. We continue our descent through the forest to Banthati, where we stop for lunch, and then walk for another hour to Tadapani where we stay overnight.

From Tadapani, we trek to Ghandruk through the forest with an easy 3-hour walking distance. Ghandruk is a big Gurung and few other cast people residency village, and we can also visit the Gurung Museum and enjoy beautiful views from the village. We stay overnight in Ghandruk before walking for about 10 minutes to take a jeep or bus to Pokhara via Birethanti and Nayapul.

After breakfast in Pokhara, we, then drive for 42 km to Nayapul. This is where we'll start our trek to Ulleri village. We'll walk for about 15 minutes along the Modi river to Birethanti, then cross a bridge to reach the off-road path.

During the first 3 hours of our trek, we'll see farmland and amazing views of the river, waterfall, and mountains. We'll stop for lunch in Ramgai village. After that, we'll pass through Sudame, Hille, and Thikhedunga (1560 m) villages. Although Thikhedunga is a well-known trekker village, many trekkers now prefer to go to Ulleri for better accommodation and road access.

From Ulleri, the trek to Ghorepani is relatively difficult, but also incredibly scenic and picturesque. The first hour of the walk takes you through the farmland and dense village houses, churches, and schools. After crossing Banthati village, you take a left trail into the forest.

The trekking route from Banthati to Nangethati is all through the forest of Rhododendrons and fir, providing a tranquil and enjoyable walk. Once you reach Nangethati, you can take a break for lunch before continuing to Ghorepani for the next two hours.
