You are checked in to the Hotel We give you a short briefing about the trip. Overnight at Hotel.

Today we have too weak quite early because we have to take a bus in the early morning at 7.0 am, so we have to eat our breakfast in the hotel before we get on the bus. The bus ride will be about 7 hours to Pokhara via Prithibi Highway. You will enjoy every hour because we can easily explore the traditional house, terrace field, River, Bridges etc. Pokhara is a beautiful city with many mountains around and more than 3 lakes. Overnight stay in Pokhara Hotel.

After Breakfast at Pokhara Hotel, we will get the private Vehicle to Nayapul Which is about 42 km, and we begin to walk towards the valley and continue to Hille Thikhedunga. When we reach Nayapul we will follow the nature trail along the Modi river till Birethati than we will follow to the left trail till Hille Thikhedunga, which is about 3 hours walk altogether.

It is quite long walking a day, but We can see so many Natural, and typical things during this walking time. The first 3 hours walking from Hille will be stepping walk till Banthati where we can stop for tea than we will follow the small trail into the Forest and Green lush Valley. We have to walk about 1.30 minute to get our Lunch place Nangethati from Banthati tan next 1.30 minute after Lunch still we have to go uphill through the forest till Ghorepani. Ghorepani is a wonderful Poon and Magar Village has so many lodges and Forest around, it is a popular trekking route in Nepal and also the view will be unbelievable. Overnight at Ghorepani Hotel.

This is our earliest morning to wake up to see sunrise view over the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri Himalaya range. We have to begin our hike very early at 4.30 am and need to go steep up about 50 minutes to reach at the Poon hill top for sunrise. The Poon hill top is situated on top of Massif Mountains. The view of the sunrise from Poon hill will be unbelievable. We will spend 20 minutes at the top, and we go back to Ghorepani hotel for breakfast, and we begin our trek to Tadapani. The first 1-hour walk from Ghorepani will be steeply up through the Rhododendron forest than easy gradual walk about 40 minutes to reach Deurali. Deurali is small area has two small tea houses we can stop there for tea and rest for a while than steeply downhill through the forest and a small nature trail needs to be followed till Banthanti, where we can have lunch and after that we will follow the easy walk gradual and steep downhill to the river and last 35 minute climb to reach Tadapani. This day we can see a wonderful Annapurna panorama view, Jungle walking, if we are lucky some wild animals, massif landscapes, waterfalls. Tadapani is a small area has about 7 small lodges where we're going to stay one night.

We will start our daily walk in the morning again after we have breakfast at the Lodge. The way to Sinuwa will be a very small trail at the beginning through the Rhododendron and oak forest about 1 hour than we reach Chile village. It is wide and steep walking trail even from Chile to the river. When we reach the river we have to cross that river over the bridge and steep walk to Gurung about 2o minute. Gurung is farming village where they grow millet paddy, potatoes, barley etc. after Gurjung village we continue to follow the small trail going up to the Durbin Danda Than gentle flat walking to Chhomrung, so from Gurjung to Chhomrung takes about 2 hours than we take a lunch (there) than have to walk 30 minutes down and 40 minutes uphill to the other side of Chhomrung to reach Sinuwa village. Overnight at the Lodge.

Sinuwa is beautiful green hill Gurung village has few lodges I am sure you can have a wonderful fresh breakfast in the morning. After breakfast, we will walk on the flat small trail into the forest and a massif Mountain View to the side. The walking route from Sinuwa to Baboo will be easy walk we just go gradually done. After reaching Bamboo we can either stop for tea or continue to next settlement called Donovan, it is lunch place where is only 3 lodges. After lunch, we still need to follow the massif gorge and river along the trail as well as forest. The trail will be ascending from Donovan to Himalaya about 1.30 minute similarly from Himalaya to Neural; I am also 1 hour steep up to go then we will stay one night there. It is small lodges area has only 5 lodges.

This is our early walking day again as we have every day. We will take our morning breakfast and continue our mission walk to MBC, the trail goes along the river but it is quite a risky area that each season we have to be aware before we start where is the trail because each season there will be two different trails to go safe and unsafe, so we should take that but the trail is gradual uphill till ABC through MBC. It is only unsafe till MBC that will be pleasant trail and massif Mountain View very close each step you go ahead to ABC. Overnight at ABC lodge.

Day 9th is our best day to explore a massif mountain and sunrise over the Annapurna 1 and south. We will go behind the lodge where we can see the best sunrise view and a clear Mountain View as well as Glacier. After sunrise view, we take breakfast and ascend by the same trail to Bamboo for the night but if you are not so tired it is better to stay at Sinuwa where we sleep better and better food.

From Bamboo, we have to climb up at the beginning about 30 minuter than we will follow the trail through the forest which is easy gradual downhill walk till Sinuwa. It is the same way we were following on the way up so from Sinuwa we will have to go steeply down till to the bridge about 40 minutes then another 40 minute climb to Chhomrung top than 40 minutes steep downhill to Jhinu where we will stay overnight and after reaching there we drop our bags in the lodge, and we will go to natural hot spring it is about 10 minute downhill and 25 minute uphill afterwards.

This day still we can see mountain views and insane wide green lush valley to the western side. The tracking routes today will be 20 minute downhill from Jhinu than we have to go to the other side of the hill over the bridge than easy gradual downhill walk to the new bridge. It is a small lodge area after that we have to cross the same river again over the long suspension bridge then walk towards Landruk village about 50 minutes. Landruk is a big Gurung village has over 1000 people used to live it is where we will stop for lunch than after we will follow the road an hour walk to Tolka. Tolka is quite a cool area but calm and beautiful village.

The day 12th is our last walking days in the mountain and time to say bye-bye for countryside people. After many days walk still we can see magnificent mountain views way back to Phedi too. We just have to follow the road today most of the time but it has many turnings and forest till Pothana. It is where we have to check out our conservation permit. Then we continue to walk down a hill about 1 hour to reach at lovely village Dhampus than next 1 hour downhill to reach at Phedi than 30-minute drive back to Pokhara. Overnight in Pokhara plus we can have a farewell dinner and may go for a party.

We will take the early bus ride to Kathmandu from Rastra bank Chok which is 20 minutes walking from lakeside area to the east side. The bus ride will be about 7 hours with 2 stops between Kathmandu and Pokhara via the same high way we took when we were going to Pokhara. Overnight in Kathmandu Hotel.

We will drop you at international airport by car/jeep/van on time from your hotel. Thank you for your kindness with us and hope to see you in the future and highly expected your Recommendation. Thank you.

Actual and smart trek guide

I had never been trekking before so I was apprehensive about visiting Nepal. Upon meeting Santosh I quickly relaxed and realized that I was in safe hands as Santosh was friendly, had sound English, great local knowledge, and was an experienced trekking guide. Santosh always thinks of his customers first and therefore he was very flexible with his plans in order to accommodate our needs. I really enjoyed doing to Annapurna Base Camp Trek as Santosh was always lively and upbeat and was easy to have a laugh with. Santosh made our trip to Nepal incredibly easy because after we returned from trekking, he was able to suggest and take us to places of interest. I am so glad we had Santosh as a guide, without him we would have never have been able to gain the local knowledge and experience Nepal’s rich culture without him. Thank you, Santosh!!

Best freelance tour guide

Visiting Nepal for the first time was a great experience and having never trekked before I had no idea what to expect. I was lucky enough to have Santosh as a guide because he is an experienced trekking guide who has experience in the tourist trade and speaks very good English. My girlfriend and I did the Annapurna trek over a 10 day period and could not have chosen a better guide than Santosh. He was very friendly and made us feel welcome by showing us the local culture and recommending the best food to eat whilst trekking and in Kathmandu and Pokhara. When I come back to Nepal in the future Santosh will be the only guide that I want to have whilst trekking.

Great trekking Experience with Santosh!

Santosh has been recommended to us by friends and we are happy that we followed their recommendation! In October 2013, he organized 10 days trekking to the Annapurna region for us, which was great! Everything was well organized and right from the moment, we arrived in Kathmandu. He took care of us as a friend and invited us to his family to join in the Dasain festival celebrations and get a great feel for Nepali village life. Santosh knows a lot about all the different cultures and religions in Nepal and his English is excellent, which makes it very easy to communicate. He and his friend, our porter Ramesh, took good care of us during the trekking and were good company to drink a rum or beer within the evenings. When required, he changed the program when we were too tired or it was raining, always continuing to motivate us to reach base camp. He even went ahead to ensure that we would have room to sleep in, which is quite a challenge during the busy touristic season as we have seen many tourists sleeping on tables and in the kitchen. We would recommend Santosh to anyone traveling to Nepal!!

Annapurna Base Camp Trek

This was my first time I was traveling alone, and in the case of Asia it was my first time, I was worried a little bit cause I was alone but when I met Santosh I did not feel alone he helped me all the time, as a guardian in the family, he is so kind. Thank you so much Santosh for your kind behavior to me, we went trekking in the Annapurna Region, it was so nice to be there because the view was really close and wonderful from base camp and from Ghorepani. I felt like I was on a different planet. I was not expecting many services in the mountain but it was different really I had a good hotel, good food, the view, people, it was just so nice to be there with my guide Santosh. So i must say that Santosh and his services were better than big trekking companies because I saw some trekkers from a big company but the services were not as good as Santosh’s, I am really happy to meet him, if you go trek with him nothing to think just do it, open your eyes and enjoy. I am sure i will be back as soon as possible for the next trek because there are many interesting trekking routes, I would love that. Thanks, Santu keep your work like this, I wish you all the best for your work, see you Emmanuelle,

Best Regards
