Use this trekking packing checklist to prepare for your journey. The exact equipment you need depends on the trekking route, season, altitude, weather conditions and duration of the trek.

Altitude Medication
If trekking at high altitude, consult a qualified medical professional about altitude illness prevention and treatment before the trek. Do not include medicines such as Diamox or antibiotics as mandatory items for every trekker.
